a. Ensure that CIPA has the necessary conditions to carry out its work;
b. coordinate and supervise CIPA's activities, ensuring that the proposed objectives are achieved;
c. delegate responsibilities to CIPA members;
d. promote the relationship between the CIPA and the SESMT, when applicable;
e. disclose CIPA's decisions to all establishment workers;
f. forward requests for reconsideration of CIPA decisions;
g. constitute the electoral commission.
