During a pandemic, can Sipat be held in person?

SIPAT can now be held in person, complying with some basic requirements: Having hand sanitizer available, a minimum distance of 1.30 meters between chairs, everyone present wearing masks, and having a good SIPAT company that knows how to conduct presentations in a cheerful and interactive manner.
